MOE Financial Assistance Scheme

The MOE Financial Assistance Scheme (FAS) is now open for application. The objective of the MOE FAS is to provide financial assistance to Singaporean students in Government and Government-Aided Schools (GGAS) to meet the basic schooling expenses.

Student must be a Singapore citizen and meets either one of the following criteria:

For your child who is a Comcare beneficiary, you need not submit the MOE FAS Application as MOE FAS will be auto-granted to Comcare beneficiaries.

You may choose to apply for MOE FAS by:

(a) e-FAS - for those who wish to submit via e-FAS link, you are required to submit softcopy supporting documents; or

(b) Hardcopy form to be submitted to the General Office.

Please note that application via hardcopy form is required (i.e. e-FAS is not applicable) for:

(a) families with other dependents (Great Grandparents, Aunties/Uncles, Cousins and others);

(b) family with more than 6 children in GGAS;

(c) family with more than 5 unmarried children not in GGAS;

(d) family with more than 3 grandparents in the household.

Group Personal Accident (GPA) Insurance Plan for Students

All Kranji Secondary School students are covered under the GPA Insurance Plan which provides accident coverage while they are at the school premises, in Singapore or elsewhere, participating in school-related activities, including Co-Curricular Activities (CCA) and sports.

Information on claims, FAQs and other details pertaining to the GPA Insurance Plan for Students can be found on NTUC Income’s website at   https://www.income.com.sg/studentgpa 

All student accident insurance claims submissions are to be submitted electronically.  Parents are to submit their claims online and check the claims status through the online portal. Click here to submit claims online.
